Los voluntarios Perner y Fluegge realizaron este año un taller adicional de fieltros con las mujeres de la ONG Tanto Mejor en Saboya.
La iniciativa SPAET surgió hace algún tiempo en Tanto Mejor y se realizó en Chiquinquirá con la tecnología adecuada. Allí, se enfocaron, junto con Pintsch., en el tema del agua potable, su suministro y el mejoramiento de su calidad.
Sobre la cooperación entre Tanto Mejor en Saboyá y su colaborador DGFK (Sociedad Alemana para el Promocion de la Cultura), Peter Hecht, becario de esta, se unió al proyecto en los meses de septiembre y octubre para:
- Realizar un proyecto artístico con el artista metalúrgico Ramiro Andres Ortiz Carvajal. de Chiquinquirá,
- Trabajar con niños locales en la Casa de la Cultura, y
- Crear un mural en la Galería Artesanía sobre el atractivo del proyecto.
Igualmente, para desarrollar elementos de la cultura tradicional para su trabajo artístico.

The Volunteers Perner and Fluegge held another workshop on felting with the women of Tanto Mejor (ONG) in Saboya this year.
The SPAET initiative originated from Tanto Mejor some time ago and was active in Chiquinquiera in the field of Adapted Technology. Together with Pintsch, they devoted themselves to solving problems related to drinking water supply and the improvement of quality of water.
Through cooperation between Tanto Mejor in Saboya and their partners DGFK, the latter were able to send their scholarship holder Peter Hecht to the project in September and October in order to:
- carry out an art project together with the metal artist Ramiro Andres Ortiz Carvajal / Chiquinquiera,
- work with local children in the Casa de la Cultura, and
- create a mural in the Galeria Artesania to make the project attractive while developing
elements of traditional culture for use in his artistic works.

Voluntarios visitaron nuevamente este año en el mes de julio la ONG Tanto Mejor en Saboya. Este año fue acompañada Prof Pintsch por Renate Perner, Renate Perner trabajó con las mujeres en la preparación de la exposición especial en el Palacio de la Cultura en Chiquinquiera, Lutz Fluegge ayudó en el campo AT, ya que se estaba llevando a cabo la mudanza del taller a la Galería Artesanía.
Para la preparación de la exposición se explicaron las responsabilidades en una pequeña conferencia, en la que el periodista Romillio Rodriguez Fajardo, la profesora Ana Camila Chiquillo y Prof Pintsch participaron.
Para el próximo año se discutió la posibilidad de permitir actuar al artista alemán Peter Hecht en como “Artista en Residencia”.
Además, se debería lograr desarrollar un set en Alemania, a través del proyecto de la diseñadora Senta Siller y colega Sabine Piltz, que también es la gestora del proyecto de muñecas, en el que sea posible todos los procesos necesarios para la creación de cuero de peces y así diseñar con este joyas naturales. Este sería un desarrollo muy interesante que sería de igual forma útil para los proyectos en Pakistán y en Camerún.

For next year, the possibility of inviting the German artist Peter Hecht in Saboya, as Artist in Residence, was discussed.
Additionally, in Germany, it should be possible to develop a concept, in which the necessary processes for making fish leather are developed through the fish leather project of the designer Senta Siller, who is also the initiator of the doll projects, and her colleague Sabine Piltz for developing natural jewelry made of fish leather. This would be an interesting development, which would also be useful in the Pakistan and Cameroon projects.
